Shipping

Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.

Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the next day.

If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us at (610) 355-7760 or email us at 131support@131apparel.com for that option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to problems of Covid-19, As of now we are sending out international orders through USPS only. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.  Also, delays with deliveries may occur or get rejected by Customs as the package enters the Country. 

Returns - Exchanges

NOTE:  Please fully take the time to check your measurements before ordering any item, so you receive the correct size.  

BUYER PAYS FOR RETURNS, because of our free shipping program.  

Before Returning item, CONTACT Us first by Email, 131support@131apparel.com or phone at (610) 355-7760, telling us you need to return product, as well as your order number and reason for returning. We will provide a return address.  

NOTE: If the returned item is sent out before we are contacted and we did not provide the correct return address, then we are not able to provide a refund for the returned item because it would have been sent to the wrong address and we would have no way of receiving the returned item.  This occurs because at times we drop ship items when our stock runs out.  

U.S. online purchases only. International returns are not available at this time.

Please note we provide return label in case of damage, warranty or wrong item exchanges only. For regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping to us, and we will take care of the shipping fee when sending back to you.

You can process the return / exchange online within 15 days of item received from the link below. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt. You will receive a RA# and return address.

Custom Items

All custom vests / items are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
